Basic Medical Visit

$75(includes one follow-up when necessary)

For conditions which do not require in-office procedures or oral medication

Subconjunctival hemorrhage
Mild blepharitis
Myopia control visits

Intermediate Medical Visit

$99(includes one follow-up when necessary)

For conditions which do not require in-office procedures but may need oral medication or testing

Conditions treated at this level

Corneal or conjunctival abrasions / scratches
Corneal ulcers
Hordeolum (painful eyelid bump)
Inflammatory flare-ups such as iritis or scleritis
CLARE, and other contact lens related complications
Management of established chronic conditions
- Glaucoma
- Macular Degeneration
- Diabetic Retinopathy
- Ocular Rosacea
- Dry Eye Syndrome

Advanced Medical Visit

$149(includes one follow-up when necessary)

For conditions requiring extensive testing and/or in-office procedures

Foreign body removal / treatment
Chemical exposure
Blunt-force trauma / eye trauma
Sudden vision loss
New onset flashes of light and/or floaters
Retinal hole / tear / detachment
New or worsening retinal hemorrhaging from Diabetes, Hypertension, Macular degeneration, or other ocular conditions
Optic nerve swelling
Annual Plaquenil screening
Glaucoma screening
Macular Degeneration screening
