What should you bring to your comprehensive eye exam?
- Your current glasses
- Your contact lens boxes or copy of your contact lens prescription
- A list of any medications and/or supplements you are taking
- Any eye drops that you use, including OTC
- Your HSA/FSA card if you plan to use one
- Your vision insurance information if you would like our assistance filing your out of network benefit
